Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section. Click the menu button(Three horizontal lines) and select Preferences. Click Clear Now and restart your browser. Select Cookies and ensure no other items are checked. Click the menu button(Three horizontal lines), then Library, followed by History. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now. Click the menu button(Three horizontal lines) and choose Options. Select “Cookies, site data,” and uncheck all other items. Under settings, tap “Privacy” then “Clear browsing data.”. At the top right, tap on the three dots, scroll down and then select “Settings.”. Click "Clear Data" and restart your browser. From the time range menu, select "All Time." This will clear your entire cache. 
Select the following: Browsing History > Download History > Cookies and other site data > Cached images and files. At the top of the window, click "Advanced". In the address bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData. You also may need to re-enter your password to log in to some websites.
